If you’re a returning visitor and have booked your place (thank you), remember it is important that you read the Entry Regulations, Indemnity Form and Briefing Notes as they form part of your entry agreement. You can do that here. You get two runs up the hill (on Sunday) and you will be allocated two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and you ride the famous hill, in marshalled but untimed runs. Your time slot is in a 15 minute slot and we cannot guarantee your runs if you miss your allocated time slot.

You will have received a confirmation email of your purchase. If you haven't received this (or lost it) please send us a message using our Enquiry Form on our contact page and start your message with Run The Hill Entry. All passes will be sent, with final instructions, approximately 2/3 weeks prior to the event, everything you need to know about the day will be in there.

A reminder of what you get:

Run the Hill Weekend: Full access to everything over the weekend, including our Bike Fest Party on Saturday night with live music and includes on site camping.

Pillion (your friends coming with you) Weekend: Same as above. Full access and camping.

Run The Hill Sunday: Access Sunday only.

Pillion (plus friends) Sunday: Access Sunday only.

Entry Tickets & Saturday Camping Explained

Weekend Tickets (don’t forget to buy a Weekend Ticket for your pillion / friends) have access to the Saturday Bike Fest Party, Sunday Show Day and camping space is included.

There are no electrical hook ups, generators are not permitted after 10:00pm and no noise after 11:00pm please.

Sunday Only tickets are, well, Sunday only; you can arrive anytime after 6:30am on Sunday morning.

Weekend Tickets include access all weekend plus free camping and are restricted to Run the Hill entries and their pillions/ friends accompanying them.
Sorry, we cannot accept Saturday arrivals without a weekend ticket which must be booked in advance.
All profits from the Festival go to the charity Severn Freewheelers (1120999).
