In 2011, Superman was the only super hero to Run the Hill, to the great delight of the crowd, in fact I think Superman got the biggest round of applause all day. Not only that but he raised £500 in sponsorship, all going to the Blood Bike charities.

The boring bit:

You need to complete a Run the Hill ticket application in the normal way and complete the boxes telling us you’re planning to come in Fancy Dress.

There’s only four conditions of entry:

• You MUST have already purchased a Run The Hill ticket
• You like showing off
• You need to wear a helmet and gloves
• You need to raise sponsorship (no minimum) and you can download a sponsorship form here

Remember to get as many people as you can to agree to Gift Aid their sponsorship of you!
