We don't charge for Exhibitor Space but we do expect a donation to the charity according to your pitch size. We're providing a great opportunity for you, if you maximise that opportunity a small donation would be greatly appreciated. We'll email you after the event to respectfully remind you.

Cancellation Fees will apply to all Exhibitors. Cancellation Date is January 7th. A cancellation fee of £5.00 per square metre is payable for ALL cancellations received after this date. All exhibitor pitches are outside, on grass and no facilities are provided.
